A wonderful hotel with amazing views over Istanbul. If you enjoy working out the gym has amazing facilities including a reformer pilates bed, tower chair and other pilates equipment, so you really get the 5 star experience. The room was extremely clean with a chic decor and overlooked the city. Very impressed. One thing to keep an eye out for is the fact that the outdoor pool is only open in the summer season, although there is also an indoor pool and spa.

We had Really nice view in skyline room in 29th floor. We had very good accept in reception when we arrived and the rooms are really modern and have perfect view of city. But the best part of this hotel was the concierge part when Mr. Ali advice me get a table in boaz roof restaurant for my wife birthday. And one other person ( do not remember his name but i know he spoke persian with me ) in concierge next day help me to solve my problem in application of bank in turkey. Really thank you from these two person.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights with my mother and I can say: Everything was perfect! All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. I would specifically like to mention that the concierges Ozan and Ali were very helpful, kind and competent. They supported us extensively in every way and gave us the best tips! The hotel can be proud to have such employees. They always took their time with us and showed us everything in detail. You just have to appreciate people like that. They had a smile for us guests every day! The hotel itself was also great, very nice and clean rooms, great service. Whatever we needed, it was always ordered or made correctly and on time. If there were more stars to give, the staff and hotel would definitely deserve even more stars! I would come back at any time. Thank you for making our stay in the beautiful city of Istanbul even more beautiful! I look forward to visiting you again soon!

Fairmont Istanbul is a Beautiful hotel which is very well situated. Excellent service. Breakfast was of high quality. Concierge very helpful, special note to Oscan. Strongly recommend for a business trip or family vacation. Will definitely return upon my next visit to Istanbul.
